Applications are invited from candidates, who have qualified the CSIR-UGC (NET), ICMR, DBT, JRF examination, for admission to the Ph.D. programme (2008-2009) of ICGEB. Applications are also invited from candidates with professional degrees like M.B.B.S./M.Tech., provided they have valid fellowships from CSIR/ICMR/DBT to pursue a Ph.D. programme.
Applications on plain paper, giving personal and academic records, accompanied with a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (non-refundable), in favour of “ICGEB, New Delhi”, payable at New Delhi should be sent to: The Chief, Administration, ICGEB, P.O. Box 10504, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi – 110067 Before 15th June, 2008.
The Envelope should be clearly marked with “Application for Ph.D. Programme – 2008-2009”. Short-listed candidates will be called for a written exam (if necessary)/interview in first week of July 2008.
